Qatar Navigator Est. starts developing that project in the aim of improving the Endurance races to meet the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) Standards. ERMS is a huge project concerning in all sides of the Race management including the vet check stage. We gathered our knowledge and experience from our past projects and apply it to create such complete solution for International Endurance Races. Starting from the Race registration through web, to horse management and real time race tracking, up to Horse vet Check, ending with result publishing, that will increase the number of audience and the fans of the sport.



We have manufactured that system using the latest technology, and we have the ability of modification and upgrading it depending on the region and race requirements. Each one have a role in that system including the jokey , owners, administrators , judges and audience and that will increase our interest for such kind of race and give us pleasure for following it. Rich reports with huge database will increase the trust and accuracy .It is easy now to know all international races history, horses and jockeys achievements just by applying ERMS.

Using RFID cards to enter the school main gate, swapping the card, an Automatic voice notification with the picture and name listing will be displayed in a big screen at the playground.
For more enjoyment and attraction an educational video will be displayed in addition to a news bar.

RFID tech based Equipment management is to import RFID tech into the present Equipment management, to automatically collect data from each operation links such as equipment arrival inspection in warehouse, equipment delivery from warehouse, stocktaking, to ensure the speed and accuracy of data collection from every warehouse management links, to ensure the enterprise accurately know the stock data in real time so as to keep and control the stock reasonably. Through scientifically coding, it will be more convenient to make management to batch and guarantee period of goods. By utilizing the IEEMS, it is able to grasp all the current stock locations and it is helpful to improve the efficiency of warehouse management.

All vehicles will be controlled once a mession be assigned , each car will be provided with a RFID Tagged key , will indicate the car permission related to the mession number.

All car movement wether in or out will be controlled and can be integrated also with a full tracking system.

All messions can be assigned from the administrators or officers , including the permited people for that mession and the permited equipments and tools for such mession.

All of that will be saved in a huge database for more accurate and detailed reports.
